OVERVIEW:

AgelessRx’s Sr Project Manager, Research, will be responsible for coordinating and helping to execute the company’s ongoing clinical trials and research efforts. This position will report directly to CEO and work closely with the Research Team as well as various vendors/partners. AgelessRx is looking to change the paradigm of longevity clinical research – starting with the largest Rapamycin trial for human longevity. The company plans to have several clinical trials up and running in the next 6 to 12 months and the Sr. Project Manager will be key to this success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of project management experience in any industry with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects or multiple short-term projects concurrently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the deliverables on several projects; responsible for the full life cycle - from screening and enrollment to maintenance and close-out
• Meet with team members to understand, document and manage execution of project scope, goals, and performance metrics
• Track clinical trial progress – develop, manage, and update success and risk through weekly and quarterly reports
• Act as a liaison between the company, trial participants, and vendors; coordinate with the lab and biobank
• Develop then implement procedures for effective data management
• In collaboration with the AgelessRx Medical Team, identify additional therapies to study
• Monitor quality metrics and identify areas for improvement: protocol deviations, data entry, query resolution, and more
• Collaborate with team to prepare and review study plans and documents
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project then implement budget based on estimates
• Communicate and collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and execute new clinical trials.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Interested in longevity
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
• Clinical Trial experience is preferred
• Top-notch organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with excel
• Experience in the healthcare field a plus
• Success with vendor management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to achieve milestones in a team environment
• Must be self-directive and able to work independently
