Position description:
We are looking for an outstanding imaging scientist joining our preclinical imaging team. Your role will focus on developing imaging protocols for computed tomography (CT) and image analysis strategies for the characterization of mammalian aging and age-related diseases, primarily in rodent models. Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art high-resolution micro-CT system and other imaging modalities (MRI, ultrasound, bioluminescence). A key responsibility of the role is the implementation and validation of imaging strategies using animal models as well as their application for discovery and translational projects. You will be developing imaging strategies in collaboration with scientists working on the biology of aging in a dynamic collaborative environment. We are focused on technology innovation and automation to generate robust in vivo biomarkers advancing our understanding of aging.
