Dyno Therapeutics is reshaping the gene therapy landscape through AI-powered vectors. Through the application of our transformative technologies and strategic partnerships with leaders in gene therapy, we believe a future with life changing gene therapies for millions of people is within reach.
Our team includes world-class molecular and synthetic biologists, protein engineers and gene therapy scientists working alongside software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts.Dyno was named Startup of the Year in 2020 by Xconomy!
Research Associate - NGS; AAV Engineering. Under the guidance of senior researchers, you will support a number of stages in the Dyno pipeline via NGS library preparation, quantification, QC analysis, and sequencing of NGS libraries at Dyno and with external service providers. Crucial to this role is careful coordination of samples and communication between multiple fast-paced teams, along with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, consistency, and rigor.
How You Will Contribute
As a member of the scientific team, you will work with fellow Dyno scientists to prepare NGS libraries, coordinate NGS across Dyno’s platform and analyze the quality of NGS library preparations while also developing, and optimizing detailed protocols as the need arises. You will collaborate with scientists and computational biologists – learning from and contributing to a diverse set of projects. You will be responsible for understanding project goals and for developing creative solutions to ensure their success.
