Denali is seeking a motivated graduate student for an internship position in the Clinical Operations group. The intern will gain meaningful clinical trial experience while focusing on increasing the diversity of participants enrolling in Denali clinical trials. This is a Denali wide cross functional position with tremendous opportunity to collaborate with key business stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support a high priority project related to increasing the diversity of Denali clinical trial participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to understand how clinical trials are designed and executed as well as an interest in public health and diversity. This individual must be self-driven, organized, collaborative and able to communicate clearly and thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Work under the supervision of the Clinical Operations group to build resourcing generics, assess and create a standard process, and to generate a standard report to assess Denali resources.
Analyze, interpret data, build algorithms and program in excel or recommended database to run, calculate and generate data
Candidates pursuing a Masters in Public Health, Masters in Nursing with an emphasis in community health, or related field
General understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech space, especially clinical drug development is preferred, but not required
Energetic, result-driven, self-starter with ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially excel or other potential database applications required for light programming
Excellent communication skills
