Cambrian Biopharma is seeking a tenacious, innovative, and experienced Senior Recruiter to redefine the way we recruit for our talent as we continue to grow here at Cambrian. This newly created role is an incredible opportunity to be an integral part of the talent engine fueling a high-growth organization which is redefining medicine in the 21st century. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture and in partnership with our broader Cambrian team, this role will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized roles. With plans to double in size over the next year, this Senior Recruiter will be tasked with scoping and identifying the necessary resources to support this growth, partnering with business leads to understand the nuances of successfully recruiting for their needs, and finding innovative and creative ways to attract top caliber talent to join our fast-paced, performance driven team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to recruit in the life sciences, coupled with a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent. They will have experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior management positions, always ensuring to only bring the best and brightest forward in their recruiting efforts. They will be excited by the opportunity to build and lead a best-in-class recruiting function for a high impact, high growth organization. Ideally, this position will be based in the NYC metropolitan or greater Boston area.
