Executive Director, Platinum Longevity Programs
Position Overview:
Peter Diamandis is searching for an Executive Director for his Platinum Longevity program, part of Abundance360 and Singularity University. This is a senior level, core team position that works directly with Peter and his network.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the topics of Longevity, Biotech, and reinventing healthspan. The right person for this job doesn’t need an MD or PhD, but has a deep understanding of the field, the key players, the nomenclature and concepts, and is up to speed on the science behind sleep, diet, exercise, supplements/meds. You’ve read the key books, attended conferences... you are “in the mix” of this healthspan revolution and loving it!
Our ideal candidate is engaging, driven by their passion, has some experience in organizing events, and some experience in sales. Position is not geographically sensitive, but benefits from someone based in the U.S., and ideally in Los Angeles (or willing to relocate at some point in the future).
Abundance Platinum is a 5-day, 5-star learning experience, featuring the top scientists, doctors, and entrepreneurs in health and longevity – it is conducted twice per year in the fall and also supports Peter’s Abundance360 program every March.

Core Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have full P&L responsibility and lead the production and promotion of the following programs:
- Abundance Platinum Longevity Program: A 5-day, 5-star learning experience, gathers industry leading scientists, doctors, and entrepreneurs to present the most important information and opportunities in health and longevity. This program consists of two identical trips, taking place in August and September, each bringing together a separate group of 40 passionate HNW investors, entrepreneurs, and executives.
- A360 Longevity Lounge: Taking place each March at Peter’s annual Abundance360 (A360) Summit, a 5-day deep-dive into the future of innovation. This role is responsible for sourcing exhibiting companies for the Longevity Lounge portion of the “TechHub” - the hands-on tech-experience area where the Summit’s audience of 500+ CEOs, entrepreneurs, and investors discover 35 - 40 cutting edge companies and experiential solutions in advanced technology (AI, Robotics, VR, etc.) and healthcare.
Requirements:
- Understanding of, and experience working with bio and life sciences companies and content
- Strong written communication skills
- Project management skills and ability to advance multiple tasks at the same time
- General familiarity with Peter’s Writings/Work/Companies
- Experience participating in and ideally working on health-related eentsSales experience in some format (preferred)
- Ability to formulate and pitch to a prospective buyer.
- Experience selling and delivering high end experiences/products to discerning executives
Details:
- This is a FULL-Time, exempt position.
- The position reports to the Executive Director, Abundance360
- Working Location: Ideally in the Los Angeles area, but Remote in the U.S. is an option.
Compensation:
Annual Base-Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 depending upon experience (+ annual review)
Annual Bonus/Profit Sharing: In addition to base salary, the role allows for significant additional compensation through the PHD Ventures Profit Share Program, dependent upon performance and the profitability of the A360 and the Platinum Programs.
