At EPITERNA, our mission is to translate these breakthroughs into longer and healthier lives for both pets and people. Our team develops affordable products that can safely slow the ageing process to prevent age-related disease, delay functional decline, and extend life.

We have sufficient funding from investors who are deeply aligned with our mission, so while we are an early-stage startup, we have the necessary resources to develop best in class research and clinical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Data mining and data analysis of human and companion animal biobanks.
• Machine learning for drug discovery and target lead identification.
• Develop scripts to process and visualize biological data.
• Implement web apps for visualization of results

What you are bringing

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in web development, R, Python, data analysis, data visualization.
• Highly organised, good at being rigorous and caring about details. Motivated and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish and French would be a plus. Capacity to explain complex information in a clear and simple way.

This position is based in Alicante, Spain (it is a beautiful place). We work on-site. We believe this is important especially now at the beginning so we can create together EPITERNA’s culture.
