    Company
    Longeveron

    Company Overview

Longeveron Inc, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: LGVN), clinical-stage biotechnology company developing cellular therapies for aging-related and life-threatening conditions, is headquartered in Miami, FL, and has a total of approximately 25 employees. Our lead investigational product is Lomecel-B™, which is derived from culture-expanded medicinal signaling cells (MSCs) that are sourced from bone marrow of young healthy adult donors. We believe that by using the same cells that promote tissue repair, organ maintenance, and immune system function, we can develop safe and effective therapies for some of the most difficult diseases and conditions associated with aging. We currently have three clinical stage programs:

    · Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (a rare congenital heart defect): (Open-label Ph. 1 data led to Rare Disease, Orphan Disease and Fast Track FDA designations): ongoing Phase 2 trial (ELPIS II) expected to complete enrollment in early 2025 and report study results in early 2026.

    · Alzheimer’s disease: Phase 2a trial (CLEAR MIND) completed with positive topline results reported in October 2023. Plan to look for external partnerships to move this forward to Phase 2b or Phase 3.

    · Aging-related Frailty: recently decided to pause trial in Japan to focus resources in HLHS.

As a leader in our niche market, we are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and hands-on Financial Reporting and Planning professional to join our small but dynamic team.

This position is critical to maintaining the financial integrity and transparency required for a publicly traded company, and it involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leaders. This stand-alone role demands a proactive self-starter who can manage detailed financial operations without support staff and summarize complex data effectively at all organizational levels.
