Calico is seeking a scientist who is excited to be part of a research team focused on translational research in integrated physiology and oncology. The role requires an experienced in vivo scientist with a strong background in biology, including expertise with animal disease models pertaining to tumor biology and in vivo pharmacology. This individual contributor role will collaborate with multiple Oncology research groups to plan, execute and analyze preclinical mouse studies. A wide range of animal models including syngeneic, GEM, CDX, PDX and humanized tumor models are used. As a highly organized, self-motivated individual with a strong lab/practical background you will stay up to date with relevant techniques and have a genuine passion for this field of research. The position requires strong interest in experimental work and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $127,000 - $147,000. Actual pay will be based on a number of factors including experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for two annual cash bonuses.
