Research Associate

Juvena Therapeutics, Inc. is a regenerative medicine biotech startup inviting applications for research associates who are excited to work as a core member of a team focused on the discovery and validation of novel biologics that promote tissue regeneration using high throughput in vitro screening assays and in vivo mice studies. The position is full-time starting as early as possible. This is the perfect opportunity for someone interested in the exciting and fast-paced environment of a startup company. Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Position Requirements

A bachelors degree in biology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field is required along with industry or startup R&D experience. Masters degree is a plus. A background in mammalian stem cell biology and molecular biology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include culturing and maintaining cell cultures, performing in vitro screening assays, protein biochemistry, molecular biology, and post mortem mammalian tissue histology and analysis. Expertise in muscle biology a plus.
