About the position
We are seeking a high-energy, high-grit, organized and detail-oriented entrepreneurial operations generalist to join BioAge as the company’s first Chief of Staff. This individual will partner with the CEO to refine and communicate company strategy to internal and external stakeholders, help ensure that different departments meet their key goals in alignment with the company’s overarching corporate and business strategy objectives, and in general serve as the CEO’s right hand. This is a very important role for the company, and a unique position that can serve as excellent preparation for the founder / C suite by immersing you in a high-growth, rapidly evolving biotechnology startup developing new medicines.
