We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead an antibody development team focused on large scale data generation and validation. The candidate will take on a leadership role and establish an antibody development group that will develop novel display and protein interaction technologies. The candidate will interact with a multidisciplinary team consisting of computational scientists, machine learning engineers, structural biologists, biochemists, and antibody engineers.
Build a state-of-the-art display and protein-protein interaction group utilizing known (phage, yeast, mRNA, ribosomal, mammalian) and novel display and protein-protein interaction technologies to enable high throughput interaction identification.
Be a thought leader for our rational antibody design team
Work collaboratively and cross functionally across multiple teams
PhD in biochemistry, structural biology, immunology, molecular biology, or related field and at least 10 years of experience.
Deep expertise in display, directed evolution and other in vitro targeting technologies.
Expertise in antibody structure, design, and engineering.
Knowledge of antibody library design and architectures.
Knowledge of machine learning technologies as applied to protein structure
Proven track record of scientific accomplishment in the field of antibody development and design as evidenced by publication record or industry achievements.
