We’re hiring an executive assistant to support daily operations of our executive team and office in San Carlos, CA.
Our mission - to help scientists around the world dramatically accelerate the discovery and development of therapies. And we’re bringing a new set of machine learning tools to bear on this challenge.
Our approach - to be an extension of industry partners’ teams in their discovery and preclinical efforts; and to build software helping scientists comprehend and make decisions using high dimensional data.

Calendar management - Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings for our executives and other key initiatives at Spring
Facilitate travel - Help with travel arrangements and submit expenses for reporting
Office management - Keep our office running smoothly, including
Greet & support visitors
Liaise with vendors onsite
Receive and distribute mail & other deliveries
Oversee our supplies, beverages, and snacks
… and anything else that comes up critical to our office
Assist operations team - Support special projects led by our operations team that spans from people ops to finance
Experienced. 5+ years as an executive assistant in biotech, tech, or related industry.
Strong operator. You are proactive and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Crisp communicator. You excel at crisp, concise written or spoken communication.
Technically proficient.You might not have worked with our specific online tools like Asana or Airtable before, but you are willing to figure it out and pick up new technologies quickly.
Gets things done. More so than anything else, this position needs somebody who Gets Things Done. We need you to be excited to tackle a whole smörgåsbord of challenges and to pragmatically knock 'em out.
Mature in the face of ambiguity. You work to resolve ambiguity — and you're comfortable making decisions when it remains.
Tend towards ownership. You do anything necessary to solve the problem at hand and when doing so, take a structured and methodical approach.
