Director of Business Development, Mobile and Web

We are looking for an experienced BD/PD professional with experience launching, marketing, and managing the development of consumer mobile apps for fitness, healthcare, and performance enhancement. The successful candidate will take full ownership over the Young.AI product portfolio with a P/L, sales, and marketing responsibilities. The BD Director will work closely with the product development team and scientists to tailor the products to customers’ needs and introduce features that will accelerate the deployment of the products.

The ideal candidate has:

• 2-3 years of experience launching and managing growth of healthcare and fitness apps
• Experience developing new business models, pricing and marketing schemes for similar applications
• Experience working in a startup is preferred
• Experience working with a CRM tool (e.g. Pipedrive is preferred)
• App product management experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Increase the user base of the Young.AI longevity app
• Work with the product management and team and scientists to constantly improve the app and introduce new features
• Refine the current business model and pricing strategy
• Provide revenue forecasts and guidance
